Mozzarella is a micro-urban phenomenon. It can perform minor functions, such as a café or ice cream parlour, and at the same time is a clever and aesthetic solution for structural design in exposed locations in public spaces.

Mozzarella is part of a comprehensive patent for the protection of essential design ideas out of the design research of the Zukunftsbackstube.
