Sushi Roll is an urban prototype and is part of the specially developed repertoire of the Zukunftsbackstube.
The sushi roll is designed inside out, i.e. from the inside to the outside. There are two cores in the centre of the building. These are enclosed by a helix. Then come the movable shell partitions. Finally, there are the levels and, lastly, the building envelope made of black wooden slats.

Sushi Roll is part of a comprehensive patent for the protection of essential design ideas out of the design research of the Zukunftsbackstube.
