Flake One is a space-time speciality from the Zukunftsbackstube.
A single stroke of the grater or slicer produces shavings and flakes.
These are dynamic forms created by a single movement.
Just as grating chocolate produces chocolate flakes, or grating a coconut produces coconut flakes, so too did the form of Flake One come into being.
