The Napolitans No. 239 is an urban prototype and belongs to the specially developed repertoire of the Zukunftsbackstube.
The slice was first mentioned in a document in 1898 as Neapolitaner Schnitte No. 239. The size 47 mm x 17 mm x 17 mm was bite-sized, four layers of spread between 5 layers of wafer. This format and the basic recipe have stood the test of time to this day.
From the basic recipe format to the primary school mould. Long transom shape with ribbon windows. Its robust form and regulated structure make it adaptable and adaptable in the urban environment.
